On October 22, 2004 Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. received notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market that Aastrom’s common stock had regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4).
